Who is Your Local Real Estate Team™?
Your Local Real Estate Team™ consists of highly experienced local realtors with in-depth knowledge and experience of selling homes, commercial properties, and agricultural properties in your area. You can read more about us on our Meet The Team page.
Why should I choose a local real estate company?
A local real estate team like ours is very much part of the local community. We live and work here, so we know pretty much every town and community in our part of Ontario really well. We know the best schools, the best streets, the up-and-coming neighbourhoods – and the areas that are not so desirable and overpriced.
We also have extensive local contacts, so we know about:
- houses that will be coming up for sale but are not listed yet
- farmers who perhaps want to sell some land or sell their farm
- local businesses that are moving on to bigger premises

What type of residential properties do you sell?
We sell all types of properties from new homes and family houses to condos and bungalows. We have a special interest in helping first-time buyers, and those looking to retire.
Do you have agricultural properties, farm or farmland for sale in Ontario?

Can I sell my house with you?
Of course, we’ll be glad to help you sell any property, be it a family home or a business property. We have the local contacts and interested buyers list to help you sell your property more easily and with less stress.
What are MLS® listings?
MLS® listings are national property listings covering almost every type of property and land sale in Canada. As you can see from the front page of this website, you can filter the listings to show you just the types of properties you want, such as three-bedroom houses in Ontario, or by price range, or by location. However, not every property for sale appears on an MLS® listing, and sometimes it’s hard to get a booking to see a property before it’s been snapped up by somebody else. What areas do you cover?
We cover an extensive area of south-western Ontario stretching from London in the West to Hamilton in the East, North past Woodstock and Ingersoll, and South to the lakeshore, including Tillsonburg, Simcoe, Aylmer and St Thomas. For more details, see our Find Your Local Representative page.
I don’t live in Ontario. Can I still buy property in Ontario with you?
Of course you can! We have prospective buyers calling us from all parts of Canada, the USA, and overseas, all eager to find the best properties in Ontario. Our personal service, local knowledge, and can-do attitude ensure that many of them have found the ideal property in Ontario and are now happily settled in.
